The boutique sizing and styling of Planted Living developments will give the tenants a sense of intimate belonging not offered in the bigger, less personal BTR offerings.

Our concierge will know everyone by their first name - and be on their “beck and call”!

We will offer a 4 star product with a 5 star service at a 3 star price.

Through our building size and intimacy married with design and support of the latest technology provide a level of service not offered by competitors.

Targeting areas that are close to public transport, we develop well designed, sustainable and energy efficient affordable homes that people wish to live in, featuring flexible office, gym and reception areas - creating additional income streams.

By providing facilities and service that are desirable and useful, we will create a sense of community with tenants, offering them experiences, desirable communal areas and technology-led homes.

All of this will result in longer leases, less voids and a sense of community, attracting a wider age group of 20-45+.
